Some of these puzzles really take some thought to solve. If you get super stuck you can always wait for the hint timer or use the undo button to try again. Puzzle difficulty increases as you work your way up the levels. Sometimes it's frustrating as you can't tell exactly how the blocks above will fall and the undo button is a blessing. This game is definitely not for the faint of brain!

This was a very entertaining interactive HOG with a great story and music. The graphics for the story part were very good, but during the HO scenes themselves, the items appeared somewhat blurry and not as sharp. This didn’t make game play too difficult, but I was glad to have the hint option. This was filled up by finding 2 batteries in each HO scene, as well as a mini-game that gave you one minute during your daily subway ride to make chain connections with a designated item, for example, newspapers or eyeglasses. In addition to the batteries, each scene had you looking for 5 bells, for a total of 100 throughout the game. You can track your progress as you go, and the counter on the top right of the screen turns from gold to bronze or silver, depending on whether or not you are caught up in locating them. If you do happen to miss some, you are able to return to each location at least once on a new mission, and you are free to look harder. This is where I had the biggest problem with blurry items…those annoying bells! I did manage to find them all, but it didn’t seem as if there was any special bonus for doing so. At times, items in the HO list would be in red, meaning that you had to use a previously collected item from your inventory on another area in the scene. This interactive area was indicated by a question mark when you hovered your mouse over it, and this changed to an exclamation point when the correct item was placed over it. All in all, I highly recommend it. Just one star off for the blurriness.

I've had this game in my collection for years. I find it difficult to believe that no one has ever written a review. If you like 3 of a kind, I can't see why you wouldn't enjoy this game. I find it relaxing and enjoyable. I've played it for hours sometimes. It's worth a try anyway.

I'm sorry to see this game has gotten some poor reviews as I am having a good time with it! Yes, there are problems. Reviewers saying there's not much instruction are correct. I, too, was initially irritated that there was no mouse over text telling me what button did what but got over it quickly. There just aren't that many icons and they're somewhat intuitive as is. That said, it really wouldn't have killed the devs to add some constructive text. As far as not being able to repoint arrows, I didn't have much trouble with that aspect. Press and hold left mouse button and flick your mouse in the direction you want it to go. It doesn't always point the way I want but I don't attribute that to any fault of the game. :P
